Being a member of the Ak-O-Mak community of open water swimmers since 1928.
Open water swimming will increase endurance, stroke rate, pace and mental strength. In addition to swimming 2-3 times per day your child will have the opportunity to participate in paddling and field sports, including everything from softball, tennis and fencing, to yoga, self defense and trail running. She will end her summer days feeling rejuvenated, healthy, fit and, most importantly, she will feel a genuine sense of how her body and mind are completely interconnected.

One of the best parts about the Camp Ak-O-Mak summer experience is the opportunity to train for and participate in a triathlon. Triathlon training/instruction is coached by national and world-class competitors. Your daughter can join in and participate in triathlons in North Bay, Barrie and Parry Sound.
